in the Property Industry
Operating for more than 30 years, the International Property Awards leads the world in celebrating excellence in Development, Architecture, Real Estate and Interior Design. Each year the awards programme welcomes and rewards some of the property industry’s biggest and best names globally. Our independent panel of almost 100 judges is chaired by Lord Waverley and Lord Best of the UK House of Lords. With previous partners including Bentley Motors, Bloomberg and Krug Champagne, the awards continue to grow year on year. Our current headline partners, Laufen and LIXIL are multibillion dollar businesses in their seventh and eleventh years of working with us respectively. Partners also enjoy the benefit of our sister publication International Property and Travel magazine, which is distributed in-flight to Emirates First and Business Class passengers and via the lounges of 50 other airlines.

Lord Best
Lord Best is an Independent Member of the House of Lords. He chairs the House of Lords Communications Committee, The Property Ombudsman’s Council and has also chaired inquiries on housing and regeneration.
Lord Waverley
Lord Waverley’s interest is International Affairs through first-hand engagement with activities centred around working in the developing world and emerging markets.
